Calling all Skaters!!! (and help from wider community) - Im pleased to say that the Mini Ramp could be making a return to Perranporth! We are planning to have it set up on the Village green from Saturday 26th July (Carnival Day) - Wednesday 30th July. Skate Session will run from 12pm-8pm each day, except... On the Wednesday 30th July we are planning to run the King of the Mini skate comp. With age relevant and scooter categories. We need your help!! - If you are able to help out in any of the following areas then please do let me know: 1. Judging (would need to be a skater or know/understand the tricks) 2. Set up on Saturday 26th July - it is a big heavy bit of kit so 4 strong people needed here! - from 12pm on the green 3. Packdown - on the 30th Wednesday (as above) from 8pm 4. Prizes for the winners - if your business has skate/surf related prizes that could be given away - then Im sure the young people would love this - we will give your business a shout out on the day.
