Calling all cat fanatics! Calling all dog fanatics! Calling on everyone EAST of the Mississippi! Calling on everyone WEST of the Mississippi! ARE YOU READY? Thats right - you get to choose where to pledge and send your blankets. Because we have so many generous and loving members AND because there are so many worthy rescue organizations AND because if we can save on shipping costs by sending closer to home so you have more coins for more blankets, we are rolling out one east and one west. You choose. Everybody wins, especially all those lucky cats and dogs. A helpful hint for the new members: when you trim your fleece, dont throw away your scraps. They can be reused. The bigger, longer ones can be tied on one end, braided together and then tied at the other end for a safe and fun pull toy that matches the blanket. Dont forget to put a heart on your blanket to remind them they are wrapped in love. (Not mandatory, just a visual reminder that adds a touch of WIL.) And dont forget to include a Label of Love. Get creative. It can be as simple as a handwritten note or as creative as cardboard, ribbon, glue stick, and scissors can make it. Need ideas? Just ask. Were helpful that way. Stay tuned for tonight.
