Calling all first and second year students! Are you looking for an amazing elective where you have the opportunity to travel to Prague? If so, read further: The Gustavson School of Business at UVic has this IB 418: field study- Prague class this summer. Still interested? More info: Students will gain knowledge of the European Union, international business, Canadian and Czech trade and business relations, culture and the history of Prague and the Czech Republic. The course will continue over the summer with on-line discussions with the instructor as well as other class members. During the visit to Prague, in mid-August, students will visit Canadian and Czech companies in Prague, meet with Canadian embassy officials, attend seminars on trade and business links between Canada and Prague and visit cultural and historic sites within and around Prague.
