Calling all healers, lightworkers, those who believe in the power of prayer and other forms of angelic humans; I can use some support today. Please send prayers and energy for a rapid recovery. Thank you! The easiest explaination is that I am having lower back issues. Yesterday I thought it was period related as it is almost that time of month. I thought I was experiencing normal low back pain/stiffness, etc. so I decided I should get some exercise. I rode my bike to the beach and it was really challenging getting on and off the bike. By the evening, I found myself crying out with most movement. My friend worked on my psoas and everything was pretty tight and painful. I felt some relief but woke up today feeling super tight all across my lower back. I took a hot bath and will try some gentle yoga. I can rest most of the day. I am scheduled to work at 5. I am trying to get my shift covered but many people are out of town, so if you feel like envisioning my shift being covered, that could also be awesome! Please feel free to give me any *intuitive* guidance that may come through. Be grateful for your amazing body! Celebrate your health (however relative it may be). That is my focus today, gratitude for my body and for its innate healing abilty and for my community of healers. Open your eyes, were living in a miracle machine.
