Calling all parents - we need your help HiP is still very concerned that Hackney Learning Trust is planning to slash almost £300,000 from its specialist teaching service. We are working hard to try to persuade the trust to halt its plans and consult parents properly. We have already presented them with nine very powerful case studies showing how important the service is for children with SEN in mainstream schools but we need more to strengthen our case and ensure they do not ignore us. Please get in touch if you child gets specialist teacher time (3, 6 or 12 hours a term) especially if they receive this in mainstream primary.
