Calling all science alumni! Consider becoming a mentor today! ScienceM@tters, a national award-winning program for undergraduate science students beyond first year who are looking for help in preparing for a career, is currently recruiting mentors for the upcoming Fall 2013 and Winter 2014 semesters. Mentors are welcome from any profession, industry or occupation, but should hold a Bachelor of Science from Memorial University and have been working at least one year. As a mentor you would be connected to students enrolled in the Science M@tters program through an online mentor program, a small time commitment for a big reward of helping students with their career development. Interested individuals will be placed in a queue and, depending on the pool of students, will be asked to participate accordingly.
