Calling on Governor Cuomo to Commute the Death Sentence to Middle Class and Working Poor Children Who Need Community Based Mental Health Care NYS Office of Mental Health has formed Regional Centers of Mediocracy to reinvest dollars saved from closing psychiatric hospitals. Community-based outpatient clinics for middle class and working class children have been cut out of the equation and therefore have been given a death sentence by the State. Only the goodwill and generosity of neighbors can save the day. OR a pardon by our Governor, Andrew Cuomo. COMMUTE THE THE DEATH SENTENCE GOVERNOR!! PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD BY SHARING
