Callings and Anointing of the Holy Spirit (Read and Share) When God calls, God anoints. With the calling of God to the ministry comes the anointing for the ministry. The anointing is the divine enablement /ability to do GOD’s work. There is an anointing available for every ministry and work that GOD wants to be accomplished. The Spirit of GOD anoints his ministers and equips them for the ministry. Any work you do for GOD (be it intercession, evangelism, preaching, praise & worship, pastoring, leadership, ushering, teaching, church establishment etc) without the Holy Spirit ability is rejected by GOD the Father, it is called dead works, dodos. God is looking for your availability not ability. It is ordained by GOD that nothing should be done without the anointing, why do many people fail in ministry? it’s because they are using their ability to do GOD’s work. A man who is cut off from the anointing, no matter how accurate his answers maybe, it does not yield results, people reject his counsel, they look narrowly upon him. With GOD’s anointing the little you do, yield more results and have powerful impact. . Let us do His work, with His anointing, His ability, it will be effective, powerful and it will glorify Jesus Christ. Acts:10:38: How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.
