Calm down, Nebraska. We’ve been here before. You know the routine. Alums fire the coach, raise millions to pay off his contract…and his departing staff’s, raise millions more to buy a new coach…and HIS staff, explain to the faculty and students that times are tough---the alums are tapped out so salaries will be the same and tuition will be raised again. Administrators will of course get fat new pay packages for whatever it is that they do (even though when the leave for greener pastures, nothing remains undone). It’s Corporate Collegiate Corruption at its finest.
