Calvin Viernes & I made the trip out to Keldermans Hobby Shack in Iowa. Our trip turned into an excursion After the races, when we packed the truck back up. Its a nice facility, with a bunch of nice people. Racing was fun & fast. When we tried to leave, my Battery was dead. So after we got a jump, made it to the hotel, broke out my Venom Ps 600 & my Stronghold 25 Amp Charger, charged up my truck battery.. Ended up being a $141 dollar Alternator. A Kind, older gentleman stopped, on side of the highway (we were about 50 miles outside of town) & helped us out, kept jumping my truck to get us to his place, then took us to the parts store, said that when I come back, to haul a trailor with me, to pick up the 88 - 92 Firebird, with no engine, that I could have! The body is in nearly mint condition! Looks like Ill be picking it up as soon as I can get a Car trailor. Also, Jayson Hudson, when I was at Keldermans, I picked up my Custom Works IROC Body for 20 bucks! So, I just have to get it shipped out to ya for some color. If the offer still stands???
