Cambodia National Rescue Foundation is honored to work with the case involves approximately 770,000 Cambodian victims and is represented by Mr. Richard Rogers, a British lawyer of international standing.The case was filed on October 7th, 2014. What next? He needs to advocate for an ICC investigation by lobbying and convincing EU Parliamentarians, diplomats, European Governments, the International Federation of Human Rights (FIDH), and Global Witness. Additionally, academic articles and Opinion Editorials (Op Eds) need to be drafted and published in legal journals and newspapers to persuade the US Congress to support the investigation into land grabbing, human trafficking, human rights abuses, and crimes in Cambodia. This is not about politics, or about our foundation, or about any special interest groups, but its about Cambodian people who cry for justice and changes.
