Cambria, I would hope to never see these two majestic beasts counter off against each other. And though the Siberian tiger weighs nearly 200lbs more it is a trained killer and hunter only, never having to battle & avoids confrontation for fear of injury & losing its ability to hunt, the lion is a trained warrior & winner having to fight its entire life to keep a pride, thus giving its endurance and stamina in an actual fight an edge as well as the mane meant to protect his neck from a lethal blow. Each time a fight does ensue the tiger, regardless of size, taps out as quickly when up against a carnivore when he can not get the kill immediately, not having the endurance to fight the fight and does always throw in the towel, per say, where the lions heart & courage along with great perseverance and the endurance of daily fighting keeps him going. Hopefully the two would not cross paths in life as they dont even live within the same regions and were brought in to fight against each other. The Siberian may have the size and hind leg strength and its only goal is to kill to survive, I would always chose the lion for its heart, courage, ability to fight without the agenda kill, but to teach a lesson to lesser lions to not jump on his throne so quickly without an ass whopping.
