Cambridge CAP Health/Wellness Expo at Westside Park, Saturday, Sept. 21, 10am – 1pm 11:00am – FREE Jazzercise demo class at the park All Jazzercise Class members and Instructors from ALL of our class locations are encouraged to participate in our annual “outside in the park” demo class. To show my appreciation for those participating in this event, currently enrolled class members will receive a Jazzercise gift in the “lucky ducky” game. You could win a Jazzercise shirt, beach towel, waterbottle, cosmetic bag, compact mirror, key chain, tote bag, or purse, or some other Jazzercise gift. Everyone is invited. This is a FREE class to the public. Bring your family and friends. They can see what we do at Jazzercise, and, if they choose, they can also participate. All standing class, just bring hand weights. Make this a ‘Girls Day out” with your Jazzercise friends. Why not ride together to Cambridge, attend our demo class, then spend some time together having lunch at one of the nearby Cambridge restaurants, stroll through the shops, or take a hike along the Cam-Rock trail.
