Came out of the prayer chamber last night with fresh revelation. The Lord wants me to go after theologies that keep people from Him. He taught us how religious devils hide behind certain theologies. They always hate to be brought into the light. People then use the theology as a cloak for their sin. They build it up to the point that their theology is deified. By deifying a false theology, they in turn take upon themselves a pseudo righteousness. Instead of clothing themselves with Christ righteousness that purifies us and holds us accountable to His Lordship, they look to this false theology to make them secure apart from Christ Holiness. This is the golden calf then becomes the mantra of many churches. It comforts the sinner and reinforces their sin, rather than calling them to repentance. It tells them that they are secure and can never be lost, when in reality they have never been found. It shuns the need for repentance, and attempts to demonize all who oppose the golden calf. This false gospel attempts to hide the twin Devils of religion and tradition. All who attend these churches claim freedom and grace, but in reality the pastors and leadership at these churches always place a heavy load upon a people that are already weighed down. Many scream grace, but they have never experienced the true freedom that Jesus offers! Jesus says go and sin no more!, but they scream I have no sin!, and thus deceive themselves. The human failure in this theology is that it attempts to serve as a cloak for pride. Pride becomes the driving force of those that teach it. This pride is deified, and people are deceived even more. Scriptures are taken out of context, and theologies are built upon the wrong expectations that everything is ok. Im secure! they yell!. Im adopted! No need to repent, no need to live Holy, and no need for righteousness!. All those that oppose the golden calf are accused of legalism. This theology is a straw man, and the Lord is raising up men and women that will oppose it in love. We love the people, but we go hard after the Devils that keep the people from the knowledge of the truth. I dont want to argue with you about this, for I have been in the Masters presence! Youve got to me too late.
