Cameraperson Working For Odisha Missile Range Arrested for Allegedly Passing Information to Pakistans ISI A cameraperson working for the missile testing range in Odishas Chandipur has been arrested for alleged links to Pakistans Inter Services Intelligence or ISI. The cameraperson, Ishwar Behera, has been booked for conspiracy and treason. He was on contract with the missile centre and was allegedly passing sensitive information to the intelligence agency. He has been booked under Section 120B (criminal conspiracy), 121 A (waging war against the State) and Section 3,4,5 (Official Secrets Act). According to senior police officer Asit Panigrahi, cell phones and his computer have been confiscated; his e-mails are being scrutinised. Behara is likely to be produced in court today. Sources said Indian intelligence agencies had been monitoring him for the past few months after inputs that he has links with the ISI. The police claim he has admitted to at least 10 conversations with ISI agents and had been paid around Rs. 50,000 in six installments. A number of crucial missiles, including the Nirbhay and Akash, have been launched from the Indian Armys Integrated Test Range in Chandipur.
