Camp Students and Parents, If you have not received camp forms, please download and print the FUGE Release and Youth Release forms. You need to fill out both forms completely and have them notarized. You need to bring these forms and a copy of your medical insurance card to the next mandatory parent/student camp meeting which is on Wed., June 26, immediately following youth service. Final camp payment is due that night as well. We will be discussing important information about camp, and you are required to be their with at least one parent. Camp is a little over a month away. We are pumped to see how God is going to move in the hearts of our youth!
