Campus Police Ban Constitution? Robert Tuinen, a student and Army - TopicsExpress

Campus Police Ban Constitution? Robert Tuinen, a student and Army veteran at Modesto Junior College was passing out copies of the U.S. Constitution when administrators shut him down. He was able to catch everything on video as his First Amendment was violated. Robert filed suit claiming that his First and Fourteenth Amendments had been violated. Has it really come down to this...that the Constitution is offensive? Many Americans nowadays are not educated about their rights, but they should be. Our rights are slipping away and it is up to REAL AMERICANS to uphold and defend our rights. Good for Robert!
