Can I ask a question about withdrawal symptoms during an elimination diet. Were on day 8 now with, i think, very few mistakes. My husband is suffering the worst out of all of us. He is still drinking 2 coffees a day but has had the most awful headaches on day 1-4, racing pulse and chest pains on days 4-7, constipation and feeling awful, especially in the evening and at night. Hes ready to give up, do you think these are withdrawal symptoms or something else? (Hes usually a trim, fit 40 year old with no other health problems). We suspect amine intolerance (weakness and shortness of breath) and now maybe sals intolerance too...
