Can I be real for a minute? I havent worked out consistently since I found out that I was pregnant (almost 6 weeks now!!) I always told myself I wasnt gonna let pregnancy be an excuse to be lazy or gain an exuberant amount of weight or eat like crap. Well these last 5 weeks have killed me! Ive eaten horrible because of my morning -OR ALL DAY- sickness and give in to bad cravings so easily. Honestly, I got on the scale this morning and Im up about 7 pounds, which is what I should gain in my ENTIRE first trimester and I still have 2 weeks to go! It hit me that to keep myself healthy and give my baby the BEST start that I needed to really focus in on doing something that makes me wear every single day. Walking, PIYO ... SOMETHING! So I pushed play. I did it. I survived and you know what? I feel so much better! My nausea is better, j have more energy, I drank the healthiest meal of the day! Im back on track! I am putting into effect 100% the fact that I am NOT powerless because I am pregnant.
