Can I have some advice please... I sold a perfectly good condition working pram today... They lady collected I showed her how to use it etc and was happy and took it. Since then she has messaged me with alsorts of problems as se couldnt use it so I talked her though everything. She then said twice she was bringing it back. Then both times said its ok shes figured it out bla bla. Now her partner has used it and doesnt like it so wants a refund and Is aparently bringing it back. Am I right in thinking its sold as seen? She was happy with it and took the pram... And it was shown fully working. She saw condition etc. Im not having msgs constantly its not my fault her partner doesnt like it. She liked it obviously to take it.
