Can I have your attention? There is a friend of mine that went through something tonight, that I completely identify with. She lost her kid, her best friend, the one that was always there. Her name is Sherry Owens, her dogs name was Stevie (like Nicks). When i lost my colby, hes all i had...and yes i do have other dogs now who are just as special, but this was my boy, he saw me through so much in my young life. many of us will never have kids and so these fur babies are it. They are OUR kids. It hurts. BAD. I often wonder when people ask for prayers and you see prayers...if people really do stop and say a prayer.
