Can I just start out by saying holy leg burn from yesterdays workout!! I havent felt sore in quite awhile, so Im glad I decided to focus on my own workouts each morning. When you teach, its easy to stop focusing on yourself, but I really need this extra 30 minutes all to myself. Todays workout was Pilates. My body definitely needed this active recovery day. For a split second I thought about skipping it altogether because Im terrible at Pilates, but you cant get better at something if you dont even try!
