Can I make a suggestion? If youre a MB store director who is expecting deliveries, before accepting anything, take pictures of the conditions of the deliveries. Im hearing that the higher ups are trying to accuse you guys of purposely not accepting deliveries, so if you have documented proof of how the deliveries are coming in and document WHY you refused the delivery youll have a good case on your side and if they question why tell them to look it up in the manual. Im seeing some are taking pictures of improperly skidded items and the conditions of the deliveries, which is a good start. But make sure it is properly documented why you made the decision that you did if they decide to accuse you of not doing your job for not accepting the deliveries. Stay strong, MBers!
