Can I say again how much I hate technology when it doesnt work? And Ive been having a lot of it recently. Ever since I had Office 365 installed, I havent received any email from my business address. In spite of interventions by Telstra. My laptop has been at the technicians for 3 weeks and I can get no reply by email or phone. I have bought a new desktop computer, which has taken me nearly a full day to get going. Although the technician said he had downloaded all my data onto the hard disk I gave him, there is lots missing - and I fear now that it may be gone for good. Theres more, but you get the gist. [Screams into cyberspace where no-one can hear].
