Can a Trinidad and Tobago pilot, Instructor, Civil Aviation TT official, or anyone familiar with the licensing rules for this country answer this question please : If I have completed flight training and hold a CPL with all 14 ATPL subjects passed (so technically I have a frozen ATPL), when I have to convert my license to a TTCAA Commercial Pilot License do I still need to sit ALL the exams or would I be exempt and only need to sit the Air Law for example. This is a serious question. I really am trying to find out. You see, I called Civil Aviation and the person on the other end said that particular circumstance would be dealt with on a case by case basis, and frankly that just sounds dumb. Any information is appreciated. Thanks
