Can an outcome of Scottish referendum set a precedent for many other nations in Western Europe, not even mentioning other parts of the world? Will this referendum set an example of civility and tolerance toward those looking for more independence? We can just admire how democracy works when the end result is unpredictable compared to 1991 when most of republics including Azerbaijan voted keep the Soviet Union and stay within.
