Can any friends offer any advice please? Neighbour living in bedsit above my bedroom has been a total nuisance - always drunk, shouting abuse, fighting with people, playing loud music etc.. Landlord has given him his eviction notice and he should have moved out by 9th Sep - but is refusing to move. Landlord is now having to go through courts to be able to get bailiffs in to actually remove him etc.. Is there anything I can do to help speed things up? This guy literally played his music so loud from 1am onwards that myself and others in this building and next door only got a few hours sleep. Can environmental health do much at all?
