Can any one give me contact details for who I need to speak to about the ditch that runs like a river behind my boundary wall. The land behind my property is owned by the municipality. I am being pushed from pillar to post but dont get any joy from the Municipality. Twice now; it has been necessary for me to claim from my home insurance due to the flooding on my property. I have taken measures to help with the flooding on my property but it is not working because; the problem is on the municipal felt. Thank you for any assistance that you are able to give me. Laurie
