Can anybody help me please ?... I need advice on not being paid for a photo job.. Ive given the people I did the photo job for 28 days to pay me but I think because the fee they owe me is so small they are ignoring me (I did it at a very low asking fee as there was possibly a lot of work for me from this Liverpool company so I offered them a good rate hoping Id get regular work from them)...Ive tried to get legal advise regarding small claims courts but Ive just been told today by a firm of solicitors that the fee Im owed has to be over £1,000 for them to take on the case...I think the people that owe me my money are aware of these solicitors rules and that is why they are ignoring me... I dont want to Name and Shame them just yet in case I ruin any chance of getting my money from them....any advise would be much appreciated...
