Can anyone advise me as to whom I can contact regarding the trimming or removing a scraggly bush at the turn off from Smith Emke onto Vintage street leading into Rancho? It is a danger to drivers trying to make that turn by pretty much blocking the ability to see oncoming traffic in the lane closest to Smith Enke. I just came home that way and damn near went head on with a oncoming car. It would take all of a minute to get rid of the branches that block the view of oncoming traffic. Im afraid that someone wont be so lucky eventually. Thanks for any advice.
