Can anyone help get this monstrosity removed from the back alley between Hermitage St and Chapel St, it has been there almost two weeks now obviously illegally as no council would give a licence for a skip to be placed in a back alley restricting access to emergency services. The skip is full to the brim with builders rubble and now people are tipping household waste on top of the rubble. Surely a health hazard.
