Can anyone help this dog?? Via Tracy Cohee Major dilemma. We have a young female pitbull mix running our neighborhood. Our neighbor nearly hit her. Ive never seen her before. Shes thin and her feet are bleeding. Shes extremely scared but very gentle and sweet. I fed her and loaned her one of the dog beds and a blanket for the moment, but I cannot bring her in the house with my fur kids and I do not want to let her go to continue running in this weather or in the shape shes in. I hate to call the shelter because I know what they do with pit babies.I know this is a major stretch but is there anyone who could take her at least temporarily until I can call around to see if anyone has been looking for her or called her in as lost? Shes scared to death poor girl and needs somewhere warm and loving to go for a night or two so I can try to find her family.
