Can anyone help.....with my feet..on my third set of CYCLING shoes, they seem to fit and are comfortable for about 50k. which to be fair so has every pair ive owned. After that my feet become very painful. Ive found if I have the cleats near the front of the shoe my toes go numb, if I have then further back my arches burn. I finish up having the shoes almost undone but it still hurts. My current shoes are bontrager rxls with heat mold inserts and theres plenty of room in them. My last shoes were fIziks R3 and i had some success using my ski boot molded insert in them but still eventually become painful. This isnt a new thing Ive had the exact same problem With 3 different pairs of shoes for 3 years, ive tried ibuprofen gel in my socks, different inserts, I dont really understand what to do. Anyone know anything about feet?
