Can anyone inform me what is the procedure to to get a section 205 order? Do I need the court,magistrate, judge or anyones special permission to obtain this order. I have seen the SAP being stopped dead in their tracks by the Senior Public Prosecutor not to continue further investigation or lay charges against for instance the bank, their atorneys etc, whom I accused of fraud. Now I want to obtain a section 205 ordering the attorneys to co-operate with questions posed to them in some of my filings. Although I have requested for a section 205 in the filing I have not been given the oportunity to ask for it directly during a court procedure. I am always told I am out of sequence of the court procedure. Yes I have been getting a very lenient allowance from the court being a layman but I am still expected to know the procedure.
