Can anyone offer a genuine scientific explanation for the snow burning back like a plastic!? It seems that many are posting videos featuring snow that burns over melting... In these videos, the narration reads like the plot of the 1984 G.I. Joe cartoon series. Talking about a weather dominator and nano robots in the atmosphere... :-/ I tried it myself. I cannot say I was happy with the results. But Im not about to blame Cobra so much as I am blaming Captain Planet!
