Can anyone out there tell me how one goes about getting the phone number for the ombudsman (spelling?) for your insurance company?? We have just been informed that the insurance company...Wawenesa... has lost our cheque and that we will now have to wait for a trace to be done on the cheque before they will issue us a new one. They told us on September 11th that we would have it within 20 days!! Im not one to normally air our difficulties, but we are a financially sinking ship! We used a lot of money to replace our door, our fridge and live away from our home for so long, which has set us back in many of our payments. We need help! Im just done.
