Can anyone please tell me -- the TOP THREE flatly unconstitutional practices that happen in *every* single CPS case? Every case is factually unique, of course, but Im looking for the top three reasons why EVERY child protective services case is clearly, flatly, and wholly unconstitutional. For example, the very top one I know of immediately, is that social workers get paid by bonuses/commissions, i.e., taxpayer-funded mercenaries who get paid more the more often they commit fraud. Thats a clearly obvious example. So, Im looking for anyone who can tell me, in plain and clear words that would be immediately obvious to any average dumb-downed American citizen, what other two or three or four such plain examples of unconstitutionality in *every* CPS case.
