Can anyone please tell me what the big attraction is to switching teams within the same Company? lol I get 2-4 requests per week from people who want to switch to my Team. I assume, there are a always a handful of people on my Team who want to switch teams as well. I dont know much about what it feels like to want to switch teams, because I never depended on my Sponsors to make me successful, but the way I see it, people who think they are going to be more successful by switching teams are people who take no personal responsibility, blame others for their lack of action or results, and are disillusioned when they find out that nobody can make them successful but themselves.
