Can anyone tell me what number and person to call at corporate Walmart for a complaint? Aparrently the Springfield ads included an Igloo 7 Cu ft deep freeze. However after several stores visits and phone calls locally, I find they never had any at all at any of our stores. Is that not what we used to classify as false advertising? I think they need to review ads with staff as well. It took several contacts just to get to someone who even knew what I was referring too. Also no rain checks are available for this advertised product that they apparently dropped the ball on. I am not a very satisfied customer at this point. Not to mention their lack of cashiers in the evenings when most shoppers like to get home and start dinner. I think Im stepping off my soapbox for rhe night. Kmart and Target are looking much more inviting .
