Can every one please say a little prayer for Chevy this morning? We have his appointment with a pediatric ophthalmologist in Dothan at 2 this afternoon. Just a reminder of what they have said in the past- _-- 2mo.... he will never be able to drive and is color blind 5mo- Brain wave test His brain is receiving signals, not exactly sure what is going on. 2 yo. he has a shortened optic nerve and nystagmus. will need glasses when he starts school. possibly a minor surgery later in his teenage years. Now--- let me brag on my little man---- He knows ALL OF his colors. (gets pink and purple confused) he evens says if the are dark or light. HE knows some words by recognition and knows all his letters. His eye movement has decreased a lot. Just mainly when he is crying or upset, is when it is worst. So please let him WOW the doctor today! Chevy is my blessing!
