Can homeopathy and herbal remedies help Pets ? Many of us have already experienced the effectiveness of homeopathic and herbal remedies, but can they help animals ? My experience is extremely favorable in this regard. I have two cases that I can report. Once I was visiting a friends family. They mentioned that their dog was sick and throwing up all over the house. She said that for the last few days he was eating all sorts of things - whatever he could get, hed eat. They were thinking of bringing him to the Vet. I had a small homeopathic kit in my car. I pulled out Ipecac-30 and dissolved one pill in a cup of water and gave it to the dog to drink it. Next day my friends called me and reported excitedly that the dog had stopped throwing up and was doing much better now. 2nd Case: Recently one of my gold fish was swimming funny - it seemed that she had some inflammation in her internal organs. I also noticed that she was staying aloof - hiding behind a rock and only came out when I went to feed them. Based on these symptoms I prepared an essence mix with White Chestnut, Crab Apple and Walnut (for inflammation, possible infection), Water Violet (for being aloof) and Wild Rose (for apathetic attitude). I gave her a few drops - next day she was swimming much better and happily playing with other fish ! She may need a few more doses to completely cure her but that initial dose has shown much promise already ! So my experience is that pets and kids respond much faster to gentle homeopathic and herbal remedies.
