Can officially bike up the whole pedow road with out making one stop until I hit my driveway. I was never able to do chin ups & now I can actually lift all my weight, I can bike for a lonng time and wont be gasping for air like the old times.. quitting cigarettes really changed me a bunch. I use to get all upset when I didnt have a cigarette & after every meal Id be smoking a cigarette :/ Now days when I see them I just get so disgusted! Its been almost 3 months since Ive quit smoking & Im keeping it like this till the day I die. All it takes is time, patience, belief & faiith :* Yall people out their trying to quit, I wish you all the best of luck (; its great!!
