Can someone Please explain this to me. I dont see why the line of logic changes when its a gun. For example If I lay a gun on the table aiming at you and never touch the trigger Will it just go off on its own...the answer is no it requires a human with the intent of killing to kill with a gun, Therefore we should be looking at the person who shot it and not the gun. Guns dont kill people on their own, People kill people.
