Can someone help with some information please? I have some guests staying at the hotel and the ladys aunties father was Charles James Waterer (company sergeant major from 1908 to 1916 - service number 13113) and all 4 of their children were born in Jersey. He has a brother names Joseph Samuel Waterer who was also at the Royal Garrison Artillery from 1908 - 1918. They used to live at Brunswick House when they were married quarters. Does anyone have any old pictures of this please or any further information? Also, does anyone know where the Royal Garrison Artillery Barracks are or were as they would like to go there and take some pictures and look around. There is also the gentlemans great great great grandfather was William Shewry born on 11th June 1820 and they think his common law wife Susanna Ralph had two children, both born in Jersey names Emily J Shewry (born 1846 St Helier) and Sophie Ellen Shewry (born 1847 St Helier) and would like to know where or if possible to get birth certificates or parish records that would give more information. Any help and information very much appreciated :)
