Can someone please explain to me why a doctor would leave a sick patient on a table, that you have to use a stool to get up on, alone in a room while you give them a treatment that you know can cause the person to pass out? Due to the negligence of MedExpress, I now feel worse than I did before I went in there. I now have a busted lip, two loose teeth, and my nose is still bleeding. On top of it all, the paper I was sent home with said, “Patient tolerated the procedure well.” If passing out and waking up on the floor with blood coming out of my face and having to scream for help is considered well, then I would hate to see what the patients look like when they consider things to go poorly.
