Can someone please explain to me why people like their own posts? Many of you do it, I dont get why - so please clue me in. By making the post you already get notifications on comments, likes, etc. I should hope you like your own posts, otherwise why should we? Is it to bump it up in other peoples news feed? I dont think that liking your own post actually does that though - I think the Facebook algorithm knows that liking your own post doesnt make it more relevant to other people. Been trying to figure this out for years! Help me out here.
