Can someone tell me child car seat safety laws???? Lani is now in a stage 2 car seat however she is so tall that the straps are as big as they go and they are to short to go over her shoulders, I purchased a stage 3 (this is what her doc said to due) after searching and searching and they all say 40-100 pounds, 43 inches and atleast 4 years old. With that said she fits perfect in it but she is no where near 4. Do I call the state highway patrol for answers?!?
