Can we help these guys help the strays by supporting their pounds for the hounds appeal? Ok, so heres the full story. Whilst on a tour of the US and Canada with the Angelic Upstarts, the band all got weighed on the scales outside the Heart Attack Grill in Las Vegas. The results were as follows - Neil - 258 lbs Mensi - 252 lbs Gaz - 240 lbs Jonnie - 202 lbs Steve - 171 lbs Clearly this showed that I was heaviest, so a challenge was issued and a 100 Euro wager was agreed upon, that I would weigh less than Mensi at the next weigh in which will be held in July. I decided that should I win, then Id donate my 100 Euro winnings to Stray Aid, which is a local charity providing care and re-homing for dogs and also happens to be where I got my two rescue dogs from. The idea of raising more funds for the charity took hold from there and the title £££s For Hounds was coined.
