Can we just talk about how happy I am to live in a world where Marvel Comic storylines are being announced on major national news outlets? Can we talk about the fact that I live in a world where I wake up to texts from people I barely know, with questions pertaining to these stories that they would like to begin reading? But really, can we also talk about the fact that in the past few days, Ive witnessed many people change their minds for the better on at least two major social issues [race, gender] via the alagories contained in these Same complex, long-running stories? With an effectiveness that would make most hardcore activists blush?
