Can we not be sometimes, (pointing to myself as a “we”) be critical, non responsive, almost to the point of coming off as hatred to a world of opposite? When someone takes a different point of view are we not found so many times trying to convince them to not only totally agree but to even place a certain status to the adviser? Jesus showed the constant example of coming to serve, of being the giver because of the gift He came to give was a gift not only to be possessed but also shared. Jesus stated in John 10:10 “I have come that YOU may have life that YOU may HAVE IT more abundantly!” Matthew 18:11“For the Son of Man has come to SAVE THAT WHICH IS LOST.” The constant pattern of CHOICE is given, not a pattern of FORCE. Today let us all be found serving; portray the pattern of washing each other’s feet and present Christ in the way Jesus presented himself with EXAMPLE of His Father and LOVE of what Christ is!
